As a Microsoft Partner, you need specific terms in your contracts for NCE CSP, CPOR/DPOR, Global Admin access rights, etc. If you are a Microsoft Partner, our industry specific templates include these terms as standard and our Contract Reviewer is trained to analyse these clauses, even to flag if they are missing.

Cloud Contracts 365 is currently based on English and Welsh law. However, with some slight adaptations, all our contracts can also be used in Scottish and Northern Irish provinces*.

With unlimited uploads to Contract Manager, all your contracts (no matter the type) can be held in one easy to access location.

There is no limit to the number of users from an account with Cloud Contracts 365. Your entire team can utilise the platform and centralise contract management. This also means that within teams everyone can track and monitor the status of contracts within their lifecycle. You can also add multiple signers on contracts for no additional cost, including witnesses or co-signers.
