Cloud Contracts 365 allows you to set up reminders for your contracts, ensuring that you and your team receive timely automated alerts for all your key contract dates.
The reminder feature is designed to prevent you missing crucial document dates and milestones, such as the expiry of a fixed-term agreement or the deadline to notify a client of a price increase.
By configuring a reminder for a document, you keep track of all your contract milestones through email alerts and in-app notifications so you can start renegotiations, renewals and terminations on time.
How do I set up a Contract Reminder?
These alerts are sent to all your Cloud Contracts 365 users. Setting up a reminder is simple.
Select the ‘Renewals’ tab, then click ‘Add a Reminder’.
Add your reminder details, date, and priority. Now click save.
Once saved your will receive and automated reminder on the date via email and the in-app notification centre.
To acknowledge that a reminder has been addressed, co back to the ‘Renewals’ tab for the contract in question. You can now click the ‘Acknowledged’ check-box.
How do I view Contract Reminders?
You can also view all upcoming or overdue reminders in a single list across all contracts stored in Contract Manager.
To do this click on ‘Reminders’ from the Contract Manager dashboard screen.
From here you can select either upcoming or overdue reminders.
