How do I manage my plans and billing?

Cloud Contracts 365 offers straightforward management of subscription plans and billing information. Admins can easily upgrade plans, modify billing details, and monitor credit usage.

The Plans & Billing section can be found within Account Settings. Here you are able to see details of your subscription plan, credit allowance and remaining credits.

You are also able to manage your subscription from here and view your invoice history.

You subscription plan name and date your plan will auto-renew are located here:

Credits

Your starting credit allowance for each service is on the right hand side of the ‘Credit Balance’ column, the remaining credits available to you are on the left hand side:

Upgrading Your Subscription Plan

To upgrade your plan at any point during you current subscription, simply click the ‘Upgrade’ button. You will then be taken to the Subscription Plan menu where you are able to choose your new plan and the option to pay annually upfront or monthly.

 

You cannot downgrade your subscription during your contract term. This is only possible at the end/renewal of your contract.
